My friend had to wait the whole day for the flowers to be delivered, with no apologies, even though we paid for early delivery. They don't respect their customers.
I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional attitude and service here. I ordered flowers with the extra expedited shipping, which is to be delivered by 12 pm. However, at 1:30 pm, the flowers were not delivered yet. My girlfriend called them, and they promised it would get there by 5 pm. At 5:45 pm, my girlfriend called them again because the flowers were not there yet.
