Ordered a premium version of tulips in a tall glass vase. It came in a short vase missing half of the flowers and looked nothing like the picture. When I spoke to someone they said there was nothing they could do about it and it’ll be better the NEXT time I ordered. Very unprofessional
The flowers were absolutely beautiful, even though they looked different from the photo. Despite requesting a photo via email or text, I didn't receive one. Instead, the recipient had to send me a picture. Aside from that, the arrangement was stunning.
amazing florist. try them once and you will see that you are never let down by this shop. In fact what you get is always better than what they show in their site. Price wise they are extremely fair and I personally think, compare to what you get, on the low side. Gina's work is art and deserves a five star review
