the flowers were beautiful! This shop sent roses to my sweetie . They were delivered on time and very fresh. They lasted 2 weeks. I will refer them to all my friends. Thanks for a great job!
terrible I informed this florist that I planned to write a poor review on this site. After I wrote the review, two separate positive reviews were posted, but subsequently removed from the site. Now I find that my review has been placed under a business called "Home and Flower Garden Shop" and there are no reviews for Flowers by the Neuse. To make a long story short, the product was terrible and the customer service was even worse.
My flowers were beautiful! The flowers I received from my girlfriend were great. They were fresh and colorful. I also sent some to my mom on Mother's Day. She loved them. I have used this shop for years, and everything I have sent and received was exceptional.
nice work I had my daughter's wrist corsage and her boyfriend's boutonniere done here for prom and they were just beautiful. Very friendly service as well. We'll return!
GROSS MISREPRESENTATION!!! If you are the recipient of a "gift basket" ordered through this merchant, expect bruised and damaged fruit as well as "top of the line" items from the Family Dollar Store for the $150.00 spent by the sender. This merchant grossly misrepresents the products offered online and hides behind their substitution policy. Terrible!!! I live in Ohio and found this florist through FTD.com. I ordered corsages for Mother's Day and asked for six rose corsages in a variety of colors (3 wrist, 3 pin). I described several looks on the FTD site that I liked and was told that she would do rose corsages for $15 each. Family members picked up the flowers on Mother's Day and I saw them later that day. EXCELLENT !!!!!!!! THIS FLORIST DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON MY ORDER. I HAVE READ THE OTHER REVIEWS, AND I FIND THEM VERY DIFFICULT TO BELIEVE. Ii HAVE BEEN USING THIS FLORIST FOR 8 YEARS, AND ALL OF THEIR WORK WAS ABOVE EXPECTATIONS. I THINK THIS DISGRUNTLED PERSON IS NOT TELLING THE WHOLE TRUTH.
Great work! I had some flowers delivered to my husband, and Flowers By The Neuse was extremely helpful and did a wonderful job. My husband loved them and so did everyone in the office. i will definitely use them again.
