I needed a last minute "happy" for my daughter, on Easter weekend, when many florists close for a spring break. I called after 2pm on Friday, and they delivered the same day! They really worked to provide a snack basket with balloons that was adorable, and exactly what I described! I live in another state, and often have bad experiences when calling, I guess other stores think that I won't ever know if they do a bad job.
