We received a phone call from the owner this morning. She runs a legitimate florist shop. She has promised to deliver my mother’s flowers today. I do apologize for my initial review and understand how overwhelming Valentines can be in your profession. I have changed my initial review to 3 stars and will update to 5 once Mom receives her Valentine’s Day bouquet. Update- Thank you for making this right! My mom is very happy with her beautiful arrangement.
I ordered flowers for a funeral going into Memorial Day weekend via their webpage. My card was charged right away and I received email confirmation. I later discovered that my flowers didn’t get delivered to the home, so I pulled up my email and discovered that the florist was actually closed over the weekend. The ordered did not reflect that anywhere. I emailed the florist and within an hour, the florist had emailed back and had issued me a full credit. There was a mix up and she apologized.
