Would not order again, bad customer service. I left instructions that if the family member I was gifting flowers to did not answer the door, to please leave in the shade by the front door. The delivery person left a voicemail saying they thought it was too hot but they would follow the instructions. She did not hang up and continued recording her conversation where she (the delivery driver) said "**** them". I called about this and was told they are having a tough day and that was the excuse.
