Just wonderful! They didn't have the color I had picked out online, so she texted me to see if what she had available would work or if I wanted to cancel the order. I opted to just go with what she had. Then, turns out the place I wanted to have them delivered to was closed so she called and I was able to give an alternate address (further away no less) and she quickly said "no problem" and they were delivered within the hour. I'm so blown away by their customer service!

I called to order a premium arrangement for a man's funeral. What I seen at the visitation was a small arrangement that was set by the sign book. Very small in an unappropriate pink vase that was larger than the arrangement. I am embarrassed this has my name on it. The picture for premium was very full and beautiful in a clear glass vase. Again....I was charged for a premium but less than a standard was delivered.

Called to ask about employment—-person who answered wouldn’t give me the time of day—-I’m an experienced floral designer with 8 years of experience—-not friendly at all….sorry to say I will not ever purchase any floral arrangements from this business and be I certainly will not refer this business to my family or friends!

This place makes being a good husband easy...especially when I haven't been such a great husband! Thank you Cindy for being awesome!!
