Best arrangements and florists hands down. I visited on December 21st 2015 for arrangements for my wife and newborn daughter. The owner immediately corrected an issue that I caused due to my miscommunication from my lack of sleep, which I am very grateful for. I have always used this florist in the past and will continue to do so. I highly recommend Flowers by Starks.
