We used Flowers by Shirley for our daughter's wedding. Wendel went above and beyond with every single aspect of our experience. Everything was absolutely stunning and the personalized attention was extraordinary! I would give a 10-star if the option was available!
I haven't had occasion to order flowers in some time,but have always known Flowers by Shirley to be a great family run business. My expectations were exceeded by the care & service I received from Mary this week. Not only did she text me pictures of two orchids so I could choose my favorite,but she also added some extra decorations to the plants pot to make the flower arrangement more beautiful. ..and all after I had completed the order! I wanted to have flowers delivered to 137 Sumter Road, Starkville MS 39759 WHICH is ONLY 7 minutes away from Flowers by Shirley - BUT they want deliver! I can see they really are not willing to help a customer!

Customer service is non existent. Relatives placed an order for my parents and bc we couldn't be home at a convenient time for them to deliver they preferred to leave the flowers out in the 85 degree heat to wilt instead of working out a delivery time. When I called to speak to a manager ab this the "manager" was rude and wanted me to just cancel the order instead of trying to please customer and work something out.
