Amazing Service! & Great prices. Wow... when I first walked in I didn't know exactly what I wanted. But the owner decided to show me all the options and we created a perfect bouquet. I appreciate the patience shown and to my surprise the price was actually ALOT lower compared to prices on long island! Overall it was a great experience and I will be returning back, thank you

Absolutely terrible customer service. I had been buying flowers from this shop every week, but noticed the bouquets were getting smaller each time. Eventually, I even offered to pay triple my usual amount to receive a decent-sized bouquet — only to get the same small arrangement I’d been receiving. When I called to express my concern to Sebastian, he responded with, “I don’t need customers like you, you always complain,” and ended the conversation without listening to my feedback. Unprofessional and disappointing.
