Worst experience ever. If you want your items delivered use anyone else. They cancelled my order without any notification. Still charged my card. If I could give them a negative rating I would. I will never use them again. Worst service ever. You may want to retrain your customer service staff. Awful staff and service.

I highly recommend them. My husband has been purchasing flowers for me from here for 20+ years and we used them for school dances, etc over the years.
