Had a last minute request for a bouquet and Hugo, Alexis, and Maryjane were extremely helpful with fulfilling my request! Will definitely return !
Hugo is the best! Great location and excellent service
Owner is nice, pricing is upfront, great service
Customer service needs to be better especially if you’re charging 150+. Very dismissive and disrespectful. I asked the man for prices and he put his hand up and told me to leave.
I was very disappointed with my experience at this florist shop. The arrangement I received looked nothing like the photos I was shown when I placed my order. Several flowers were wilted, and the bouquet appeared rushed and poorly put together. Customer service was also frustrating. My concerns were dismissed when I called, and no effort was made to resolve the issue. Considering the price I paid, I expected much better quality and professionalism. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this florist based on my experience.
