Owner is nice, pricing is upfront, great service
Customer service needs to be better especially if you’re charging 150+. Very dismissive and disrespectful. I asked the man for prices and he put his hand up and told me to leave.
I was very disappointed with my experience at this florist shop. The arrangement I received looked nothing like the photos I was shown when I placed my order. Several flowers were wilted, and the bouquet appeared rushed and poorly put together. Customer service was also frustrating. My concerns were dismissed when I called, and no effort was made to resolve the issue. Considering the price I paid, I expected much better quality and professionalism. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this florist based on my experience.
It’s a little run down. Staff lacks training in social etiquette. It smells like cat feces in the place. Arrangements did not match what was advertised or ordered. Unfortunately will not be coming back.
It smells horrible in there, everything is very disorganized. I bought flowers for $120 and the flowers died two days later. Flowers are overprice, I wouldn’t mind if they lasted longer; BUT TWO DAYS?
