I was really disappointed with my experience at this flower shop. The bouquet I received was not representative of what I paid for it looked dull, poorly arranged, and was mostly filler flowers. Blooms were not fresh. When I contacted the shop, they told me they would look into it and call me back with a partial refund. That call never came. Overall, I didn’t receive the quality, care, or customer service I expected. I wouldn’t recommend this shop based on my experience.
The staff are amazing. This is a small family owned business and it shows. Their care and desire to ensure the customer is pleased is paramount. They take time to make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for. Great communication and follow up. The arrangements are gorgeous! I’ll be ordering from here again!
