Great customer service and reasonable prices. I’ve seen some complaints about not answering the phone but since this is a small shop I completely understand. I called and didn’t get to speak to anyone but I went by an hour later and they were so nice and helpful. They were able to fulfill our last minute order for the same day. We were able to provide these beautiful arrangements for my FIL thanks to Margaret.
I called on a Thursday to see if they had any wrist corsages for Prom on Saturday and who ever answered the phone had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS and she was completely rude. I’ve never been to this flower shop, but I don’t think I ever will. I ended up making my own wrist corsages I aI think they came out beautiful. I’m glad I made them myself.
Margaret is a fantastic florist. We are always so happy with her work. Beautiful, fresh arrangements. Highly recommend.
