I don't order flowers often enough. Flowers by Lili had to be one of the best experiences for me. She was so nice over the phone and swamped with work. But she took my order and helped with the selection. Got all taking care of within 10 mins. And the end result was stunning. Called to ask where they are located because there is zero signage outside. After asking 2 questions, the woman who answered asked me if this was an interrogation or did I want flowers. WOW, so glad they weren't open. I will NEVER attempt to purchase anything from them in the future. Great customer service Lili. Good luck with that.
