We found “Flowers by Larry” per the great reviews. I called from the west coast to arrange for a house warming present for my brother and sister-in-law who are new to the area. Larry was amazing. I recently had a disappointing experience with Flowers by Larry for my daughter's wedding. Due to Hurricane Helene, the wedding venue had to be changed. According to the florist's contract, I was entitled to a full refund if services could not be provided. The florist assured me he would have a plan within a week of our initial conversation about the refund, but he never followed up after 30 days.
