special ordered roses weeks ahaid of date needed when they showed up they were open all the way and outside petals were already wilting rotten quality they did refund my money
They created a beautiful bouquet for us to find out the gender of our 3rd baby. I didn’t ask for anything specific, just blue or pink. They definitely did a great job. Thank you for making a special day for us!
Friends from home sent us an arrangement. I happened to be in the hotel lobby when they were delivered and remarked that they were beautiful. What a pleasant surprise that they were later delivered to our room!
Pretty flowers, poor customer service and experience twice. Asked for the bouquet to be wrapped in a more presentable way and they said this was their best. Reached out to their team and they said they provided alternative options and then stopped responding. Will stick to Renning’s for my floral needs.
Updated: the owner Jessica was very sincere in their apology and this kind of customer care is what will bring me back for another try! They did not even mention anything about changing the review/rating like most places and that speaks about the integrity of this business.
