My parent's beloved dog had passed away yesterday, and when I was notified in the early afternoon, I was on the hunt to send some flowers since I live out of town. Called here and spoke to Wendy and explained the circumstances, and she understood my request and helped out tremendously reassuring me that they will take care of it. I didn’t catch the name of the woman I spoke with on the phone a few hours ago but she was so kind and helpful!
I wasn’t able to attend my friend’s funeral and wanted to send flowers. I called and spoke with Wendy, who was absolutely amazing—she helped customize the arrangement to match my friend’s favorite color. One of my friends sent me a photo, and the flowers were absolutely beautiful! I wish I could give them 10 stars.
