I contacted Flowers by GiGi after 2 recommendations by a Florist in New Orleans, LA and Chattanooga, TN. I was devastated by the death of a very dear friend and didn't know what to send. Flowers by GiGi was very sympathetic, kind, and took her time to talk with me. She suggested a plant that would last (Peace Lilly) and a bouquet of blue and white flowers in a basket. Amazing!! I placed the order and got a confirmation email immediately after. I was a little worried at first because I didn't see anywhere that you could track your order's progress, but I called her and she was delightful to speak with.
