I live a few hundred miles away and needed to send an arrangement for a funeral. It is always scary to order by phone not knowing what you are going to get. I talked with Paula on the phone and she was able to get me a very nice arrangement within my budget. They even emailed me a picture of it, what a relief to be able to see what I bought.
