Had just landed in Cali ( visiting family ) and found this flower shop to pick up bouquets for some family members. I needed three of them and was looking for something reasonably proved but beautiful in presentation. Flowers by Cesar did NOT disappoint. The flowers and arrangement they pretty much made me on the spot were beyond beautiful. Add to it I spent about 50 bucks. Topped with their speedy and amazing customer service you really can’t top that . ✨
My daughter from LA sent me a flower arrangement from this location for Mother’s Day and they were not fresh ! I noticed by the second day they looked welted by the third day they were no good. The water smelled like the flowers were sitting in the water for at least a week . I work in an office and was embarrassed to have them at my desk.
