Ordered flowers from 1-800-flowers and they were the ones processing order. Said it was delivered and it was not. Did the reorder said it was delivered and it was not. It was delivered to the wrong address!!!! The recipient actually called the intended receiver on the second order. I only found out who the handler was by the envelope. I have called to speak with Angies and have never been able to talk with them or leave them a message.
Ordered through 1800 flowers. Had a due date of today Aug 18,2026. Said an attempt was made only once I called and they tried to call the shop which the shop casually ignored the call- guess they realized oops we forgot to say we tried to make the delivery. Funny the security cameras say that’s a boldface lie. Called 1800 flowers will admit they did do their best to hide what flower shop they used too bad Google exist. Ordering the flowers and taking my money was easy. The hard part was actually receiving the flowers. Zero Communication. I've Called them 10 times through the span of a full work day. And on the 11th call, I decided to put it on speaker and just lay the phone down. I guess they got tired of hearing it ring. So they picked the phone up and then hung it up. I ordered a fruit basket for my mom and nephew from out of state and when it arrived they said it was the perfect gift and absolutely wonderful! While nobody answers the phone number given for this business (I called many times) they follow through on delivering quality fruit. I didn't order flowers, but I would after this experience. Also, the bow looks exactly like the photo on the website!
If I could give a zero I would. Don’t waste your money. They miss delivery commitments and don’t answer their phone to resolve the issue. Mailbox is full and they do not respond to online messages.
