Recvd vase of "fresh cut" flowers from family 2 afternoons ago...already roses and even mums/daisies are dying/wilted. (Two of three peach roses wilted already ~ one "dried", and stem is still in water). Based on other reviews, not going to even bother calling, as I'm already laid up with a broken ankle.....don't need to be berated by an owner. Horrendous customer service. Totally Ignored my delivery and time sensitive instructions to better accommodate themselves. No communication with me other than to collect my money for overpriced, mediocre arrangement. I will NOT ever use them again for anything Jim Phillips 2/11/2021
I also wish I could leave a zero review and would have read the reviews BEFORE purchasing Deluxe Daisies from Flowers & More. I don’t think in all my years I have ever been treated more rudely by a business. The recipient of my floral gift let me know that the Daisies I sent were wilting and dropping within hours of receiving them.
