I ordered flowers for my niece today and when they were delivered they did not look like what I ordered. The first picture is what I ordered second is what arrived..

First of all she does NOT open at 0800am I went back 3 times and waited 0930 before she was open. ALady went to the back and got old bunch off the floor. I said no thanks cos there dead and I'm given these to someone who's father just passed away! She got another dead bunch I said no! can I choose please as I have $70 dollars !! She says come back at 1000. So I sent a coworker as I did want to go back a forth time ! and said don't let her give you the dead flowers . We ordered flowers for a family member in Perth using their website. They took payment and didn't deliver until a day later than requested. Then 2 days later another payment was taken for a different amount so this was not simply a duplicate payment. 2 emails have been sent and no reply. When we ring they either don't answer or say the owner is not there or silence.
