The staff made it a great experience! Savannah was awesome and knowledgeable.
Their policies need some changing. I called in to place an order over two weeks in advance, only to be told “What’s the backup flower you’d like if we can’t provide your initial choice?”… well, why bother placing an order in advance if they know that they may not have sufficient amounts? They said, “Well, you could come in on Valentine’s Day and see what we have?”… yeah, no, I’m calling to place an order in advance because I believe in planning ahead.
