Recommendedwent above and beyond to make sure valentine's gift from my daughter was delivered on the 14th. missed me at work so both called and texted me to find out how they could get the gift to me today.
I ordered flowers for a friend in the hospital, they were not delivered and even worse, they had no record of my order even though I had a confirmation email. After many attempts to contact them to make sure I didn't get charged, I was continually left with no response. Horrible, horrible business.
I have been a Rooms Divison Manager for hotelVetro now for 3 months and I have to admit... some of our positive reviews were as a result of this shops timeliness, quality, and passion. You can always tell when someone has pride in what they do by the presentation of their product. Hands down the best flower shop I have ever dealt with.
I use this location for all occasions requiring flowers! Tamy and her crew do such a phenomenal job!

I ordered a birthday gift far in advance and they couldnt get it to the recipient on time and are delivering it 2 days late.it was suppose to be for a party...beware so you dont get disappointed like i am on the delivery....
I had a consultation appointment for my wedding flowers scheduled today. Scheduled this appointment weeks ago. Show up for my appointment only to be told neither of the employees knew about it and the owner (who my appointment was with) is apparently at her sons state wrestling meet and the manager isn't in until 2 pm (my appointment was scheduled for 11 am) and told me I could come back then.
