I placed an order for delivery and they sent the wrong balloon and the flowers were not trimmed in silver when I called they just said come get the correct balloon and the order was not a special order.. No it should of been right the first time with no excuses and U always double.check my order before I leave. They do what they want to on the delivery part orders
