Walked in to get prices for my sisters wedding in October and immediately we were greeted very rudely. One of the ladies working said she didn't have time to go over any pricing because it was prom season. Then another employee came over and she handed us a list of pricing while the same girl kept making smerks at us. We decided to walk out and I made sure to let them know how disappointed we were with their customer service and that we would take our business else were. Never again.

Extremely disappointed with this place. I understand that mistakes happen, but this place did not handle their mistakes with my order well at all & were extremely rude to me. Not only did they neglect my order (which I FOUND hanging up on their wall) for flowers for my wedding, but then they were upset with me for being frustrated with them for neglecting my order in the first place!
