I love everything that comes out of their store. I've ordered on behalf of my work place and personally. I don't burden them with too many ideas of what I want, sans maybe a color scheme, let them create something of their own accord and you will never be disappointed. I love their creative take on arrangements and always look forward to the surprise of what will be delivered. :)

Product delivered was nothing at all like the product ordered. Buyer beware. The pictures on the web site are not even remotely close to what you will receive. When asked, the company says "we told you we might substitute". I completely understand a substitution based on availability ... but when the finished product looks nothing at all like what was ordered, I think that is mean.

Walk in really nice then I was trying to figure out what I really wanted and the designer was in the back and stop to walk out there and help to walk out there and help me pick out what would look perfect

Horrible bait and switch. Don t order from the selection of flowers on the website as they choose to substitute and do wildly different arrangement on their own. I had a specific conversation about the arrangement I want for a muted toned elegant off white arrangement of lilies and roses. What was sent were jammed in red baby roses, white hydrandea and barely opened lilies. I sent an order from my flower shop in Hawaii requesting a tropical arrangement to a home. I asked for a photo of the arrangement for my customer, and Max was most accomodating, and furthermore I was duly impressed with the design. Our shop has won several design awards in Hawaii, so when I say the the arrangement was beautiful, I think my opinion has some merit. Flower Works has something REALLY good going on over there! Flower Works in St. Augustine definitely deserve a five star rating. Have used them for a HUGE retirement dinner, my small personal retirement, several other arrangements and then rec'd a beautiful arrangement for Valentine's Day. The pink roses and white hydrangeas were just gorgeous and had people coming from other offices to admire them. Definitely recommend them without hesitation. They can do the standard or create whatever you desire. Thanks again for such wornderful work!
