Ordered a mini bouquet for prom and it turned out beautifully! Picked it up the day before and flowers stayed fresh for almost a week.

To pay over $100 for flowers that i literally could have purchased at Walmart and put together myself. They are nothing like what i asked for. Except they are red and black I’ll give them that. But as you can see they aren’t even sprayed evenly. Highly disappointed.—- my response to the shop response. Yes I was aware the photo was wooden flowers and per our conversation to which I still have this is not what was agreed upon. I was aware they would not look like the wooden flowers. What I received is far from premium flowers.
I sent the first photo by email to the flower shop and was told they could spray white roses to match the dress for a bouquet and boutonniere. As you can see this is no where close. I paid $108 to have to take to another local floral shop to fix. If they couldn't match the color they should have informed me at the time they realized they couldn’t come close! Very disappointed and stressed! #senioryearprommomfailure
