Awful. Ive been disputing a requested cancelation for over 2 weeks. Item never arrived on desired delivery day. A birthday gift no.less. Called merchant many times upset, asking where item.was as tracking number did NOT work...Finally upon my final call.i demanded cancelation and refund Merchant totally ignored final message, decided she wanted to deliver birthday gift the day after, then called to apologize and state she just delivered it.
