Having same trouble as many here. Paid for flowers, told no delivery possible, two weeks later no refund.
I used this company in May for a friend's wedding .to be told on day can't fulfill order.very nice polite email .Will refund money within three to five days... now is 17th June still no refund .. very disappointed with the company for both reasons.. my advice don't use them .. Just an update to my review. I have recieved my money back today .After about 22 days .thankyou .

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID Avoid this company. They took my money to make a delivery of flowers for someone who just lost her husband at approx 7.00 am on 1 May 26. At approx 4.00 pm they cancelled my order and said it would take 3 - 5 working days to give me a refund. They also left me no time to make alternative arrangement.
