Ordered online, payment taken then had an email saying they couldn't fulfill the order. On the email stated payment would be refunded 3-5 working days later, nearly a month later and still not refunded. Extremely disappointed in this process, and the customer service i have received.
If you own a flower shop, and care about sales, I would NOT put your trust in the Flower Shop Network. Here are my 2 main reasons: #1 The Website Service & Management - I originally made the mistake of having my store website domain built/managed through FSN. Not only did my site look like it was designed in 1999, it was also very difficult for my customers to navigate through all of their crazy “mandatory” categories that junked up the pages. Placed an order. Paid £8.99 for delivery. Flowers were for my wife's birthday. 1pm on day of delivery I received an email saying sorry, cannot fulfill order and that a refund will be processed in 5 to 10 working days. The whole point of me using a nerwork was that it seemed to be an added level of guarantee. Not so as this is the first time I've used a network and this is the first failed delivery. Go direct folks, no value in this network.
