This company is a scam, ordered flowers from one of their sites they were unable to deliver so asked for the money back. Meanwhile ordered flowers from a different site which was also owned by them... Also didn't send, asked for money back. The phone line was an answer message and they never got back to me. Both orders they never refunded. Avoid them at all costs.

I ordered some flowers to be delivered on wed 29th July to Sconce Ward in Newark Hospital. The lady concerned ( Chris Dixon) hasn't received them . Neither have I had any communication from yourselves

They have stolen £65 from me. No flowers no contact. Going to report to trading standards. Please do not use. Having to try to get money back of bank.

Having same trouble as many here. Paid for flowers, told no delivery possible, two weeks later no refund.

I used this company in May for a friend's wedding .to be told on day can't fulfill order.very nice polite email .Will refund money within three to five days... now is 17th June still no refund .. very disappointed with the company for both reasons.. my advice don't use them .. Just an update to my review. I have recieved my money back today .After about 22 days .thankyou .
