Avoid using. Couldnt delivery my order, was told refund would be in my bank with in 7 days. 2 weeks later and still no refund. On hold constantly, takes ages to respond to email. Then I get the we will look into it. I'm now talking trading standards and possibly now looking to taking them to court. The service they offer is absolutely awful.
Avoid at all costs. Still waiting for a confirmation of my refund due to them being unable to find a florist to make the flower arrangement they advertise. I know, confusing. Safe to say I won't be using again. Hopefully I can update this review if I ever see a refund. Shambles
Ordered online, payment taken then had an email saying they couldn't fulfill the order. On the email stated payment would be refunded 3-5 working days later, nearly a month later and still not refunded. Extremely disappointed in this process, and the customer service i have received.
