Very disappointing service! I am writing on behalf of my elderly aunt who ordered three wreaths and three small bouquets to be put out for the holidays. The order was placed on Wednesday December 18th but did not get placed on the graves until Monday December 23rd after my aunt called to complain. Who knows how long it would have been without that call. After paying almost $345 you’d think there’d be better customer service. The floral shop blamed the grounds keeper.
