Excellent customer service I don't give out too many 5-star reviews but these guys are great. Prompt delivery and they are extra-sure the flowers are delivered on time and in good condition. They recently delivered an arrangement in very bad weather, and had a hard time making the delivery. They saw it through, and the flowers arrived in perfect condition. Plus the arrangement was way bigger than expected!
I approve this florist I sent flowers to my friend who works downtown Chicago and her co-workers couldn't stop asking what florist they came from. Now that's a mark of approval.
FABULOUS florist offering same day delivery! As a thank you for a dinner party I was recently invited to, I sent a flower delivery, using Flowerpetal.com. A friend recommended the florist to me, so I thought I would give it a go. The pictures looked great, but like everyone, you never expect your flowers to look like that... But WOW! Quality Flowers and great Customer Service I used flowerpetal.com to send flowers to my aunt in the hospital. At first she couldn't receive them because she was in ICU (flowerpetal.com called to let me know), but when she was transferred to a standard room they made a new delivery with fresh flowers!
