Dissapointed, Not even close to what I ordered. – I placed an order online for a arrangement for my mother for Valentines Day. It was supposed to be a red and pink rose arrangement with a red and pink bubble shaped vase. My mother received nothing like it. I understand that substitutions are sometimes neccessary; but on the website it states that flowers could be substituted for flowers of equal value.
