I loved these features: A rapid response text, confirming my order. A very timely email, with a photo of my order. A friendly sales associate who was happy to answer my questions and then take my order OVER THE PHONE! Same day delivery option. No charge for leaving a door tag for recipient, were she not home during 1st delivery; and no charge for re-delivery. Would not hesitate to use this company again.
