Hate to say this since the done such a amazing job last year. but this year was not good at all. ordered 3 weeks ahead they were made on the wrong day then I called again on the right day to confirm and when I got there they had used the wrong flower. it would have been nice to know that what I wanted wasnt available so I could have chose something different or shopped elsewhere. die to prom being tomorrow we are stuck.
RecommendedWe placed an online order, and there was a mix up with the order. We called the shop, and got them after hours. They immediately looked into the situation, and went about making it right. The arrangement was made, with extra flowers added, and delivered within 15-20 minutes of us calling. We even received a follow up call. This was incredible customer service, and we are so thankful for this response from the owners.
Went above and beyond our simple request and made beautiful arrangements for tables for a celebration for a very special lady
