I received the worst manicure from Flower Mound Nail Spa. I came in having removed my dip manicure myself and there was still some leftover dip on my nails. I wanted a regular manicure with clear polish. My nail tech did not take the rest of the dip off, did not buff out my nails and got annoyed when I asked her to remove the remaining dip. She didn’t smooth the tips of nails and left them extremely rough. They look worse than when I came in. I took the $70 pedicure. They didn’t even do minimum service and took 3% credit card fee and 20-% tip.. never had this kind of bad pedicures.
I waited 25 mins to finally be seated for service, then another 15 before I could be serviced. I actually was ok from the wait of finally being seated til the service beginning, but what made the process displeasing was during the service. The lady was scrolling and answering two different cell phones while working on my feet! She also had the nerve to immediately stop her service to cater to someone that just walked into the door.
