After being satisfied the first time I ordered flowers from the shop several months ago, I decided to use them again for a birthday bouquet. While the flowers themselves were beautiful, the arrangement was terrible. It looked like they just stuffed some flowers in a basket. Ugliest arrangements ive ever seen in my life 0 stars if selection allowed is appropriate
If zero was an option, I would give zero! Kathy, the owner, is extremely rude and has zero customer service skills. Appx a month ago, my daughter inquired about having a bridal bouquet made. She sent a picture for inspiration and told Kathy it did not have to be exact colors but wanted the style to be the same. Kathy reached out about a week ago asking if there were any changes to be made and my daughter just requested she add baby’s breath. Picked up today for wedding on Saturday.
