Ummm I don’t have anything bad to say at all! They’ve stayed till the end mid day no issue for me, communicated well, and it looks great whatever I end up leaving with. It’s all beautiful. As long as I communicated what I wanted and expected, there wasn’t any issue as anyone described. They were two super nice ladies who were easy to communicate to.
After being satisfied the first time I ordered flowers from the shop several months ago, I decided to use them again for a birthday bouquet. While the flowers themselves were beautiful, the arrangement was terrible. It looked like they just stuffed some flowers in a basket. When I called to complain, the owner was very rude and unapologetic for the quality of her work. After a long heated conversation she finally agreed to refund $20 on a $125 order.
