Have been there several times and it never disappoints! Highly recommend!
Lovely people working over there and my day was made hard to believe...the unexpected was the expected!!! I should buy the season ticket but I didn't...LOL
Beautiful place! But best time to go is at the end of April, beginning of May when the entire field is full of flowers. They have a wagon that will take you around the field in case you don't want to walk too much.
A lovely surprise! Beautiful flowers, fun things for kids to do, great vintage tractors, pretty gardens, creative and wonderful smelling sweet pea maze, special Veteran's memorial. What's not to like????
My eight year old granddaughter and I loved it. We were fine with the amount of flowers there were. We got amazing photos. We learned that the flowers bloom in sections. Maybe wait a couple more weeks to go if you want to see more flowers. But I believe every section is repeated with the Giant Ranunculus. Overall we had a great time and glad we took the wagon ride. I went yesterday and there wasn't enough flowers to see for the price I paid... I wanted to see different types of flowers, I heard April it's a good time. I don't know if I want to go though, it's too much for nothing to see right now really! Maybe I'll go by the end of April n give it a 4 or 5 star!!!
The flowers are not all in bloom yet so it is not what I expected. It used to be filled with rows of beautiful, colorful flowers of different species... Maybe in the next month or so more flowers will be in bloom. I recommend for those who are planning to visit to call first or maybe check the website ( I am assuming they have a site)b4 driving over. The flowers are beautiful. The tractor rides looked fun. We chose to look at the fliers from above instead.
