They did not deliver what the product description says. I ordered a basket with 4 different flower plants and they delivered 1 flower plant and 1 green weird looking plant. They didn't deliver the chocolates I ordered as well. Terrible company.

I ordered from this place and regret it big time!!! I ordered a potted plant arrangement along with lots of colorful flowers also mixed in, Steve calls me and says the flowers that are in the picture were not available but he could substitute it with something else, I stressed to him I wanted lots of color because it was going for a funeral (I wanted the green plant so they could keep afterwards and color for mourning the death) he said, "no problem I will make sure there is a variety of color". My husband placed an order for flowers for my birthday yesterday, after searching different websites for over an hour, he finally came across the "perfect" ones. (He's not one to just choose something and deal with it, he's a perfectionist and very much into quality). I received them on the doorstep while he was at work. I called long distance from California, and Evelyn answered. I needed flowers sent to my brother, who was in the hospital in Andover. Evelyn was very helpful, and promised my flowers would be fresh, and delivered early the next day. All was exactly as promised, and both arrangements got rave reviews from the hospital staff, and my brother's visitors. Nice to deal with a local, family owned business, too!

I grew up in Wichita but now live in Houston, TX. My Mom is still in Wichita and I love to send her flowers! I have used many florists and finally found The Flower Factory - Mom says their flowers are the BEST she has ever received!!! My daughters wedding flowers were absolutely beautiful!!! The Flower Factory did a fantastic job, and I have recommended them to all my friends! They worked within our budget, and had alot of really great ideas that helped us make things beautiful as well as afordable. Good job girls!

Thank goodness for a locally owned shop! This "hometown" little shop is actually in Wichita, and does a fantastic job! I had The Flower Factory help me plan my entire wedding, and it was over the top! Unique bouquets and ideas with the most affordable prices of any shop in town! I will reccomend them to all my friends. Truly a hidden treasure in Wichita!
