The flowers were beautiful, no complaints there, but was disappointed that it didn't come in the vase I had selected specifically for my granddaughter for her graduation. It was supposed to be a cup with an uplifting quote on it about wishes, the order was even called 'wishes' but instead she received a plain cup with no quotes of any kind, so it was very disappointing not to receive what I ordered.
Online ordering was simple. Price range fit my budget. They have a beautiful selection of flowers to choose from. I did not meet the delivery person but the recipient loved her flowers and experience. .
My twin sister and I came in to get flowers for our Grandma and the employee was very helpful by coming back with pre-made options since we had no idea what to get. Very helpful, very classy. And the flowers were a nice hit with our Grandma!
My Husband ordered flowers through FTD. The flower arrangement was $160! Every flower was brown and rotten. In two days the whole thing was brown and stunk so bad I had to throw them out. What a waste of $.
