Extremely disappointed. I ordered flowers for a birthday and they never arrived, completely ruining the surprise. There was no communication or update, and when I tried to contact them, both phone numbers listed on their website were disconnected. It’s unacceptable for a business to take payment and then be impossible to reach. Very unreliable and unprofessional — I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.
We worked for around 18 months with the beautiful Angie to bring our dream florals to life on our wedding day- and boy did the team exceed our expectations! We wanted colour and vibrancy, but also a classic vibe and Angie knew exactly what we wanted and brought that to life on Saturday. Such an easy process from the very start! Angie was amazing to work with, she really understood my vision and brought it to life. My bouquet was designed to be cascading, but I wasn’t quite sure how to hold it that way. Instead, I carried it upright, and it turned out to be both beautiful and unique! I received so many lovely compliments.
