I am the bride that was described and I was lied to on multiple occasions by the new owner as far as not even knowing there was a wedding scheduled when she is in face the person that took my order, and I handed her the money directly. So later when she told me that it was a miscommunication in the transfer of business she was blatantly lying to me. The Flower Center did the flowers for my sister's wedding and both the service and the flowers were terrible. They switched hands between the time of payment and the event, but the lady who took her order became the new owner. They first claimed to not have the order (my sister had a copy with the owner's handwriting and signature) and then were unable to get the flowers she wanted because they waited too long to special order them.
