Great experience The flower cart has been around for a long time here in Pinole. This is where I usually purchase my flowers for special occasions and I'm always satisfied with they're style and final presentation. Location is a little drive from the freeway but well worth it. Parking is not too hard to find also. The variety of flowers and decorations inside makes it stand out from competing flower shops. worst florist Do not be fooled by other reviewers! The service attitude of the florist is so bad. The florist did not have patience and gave a mean face. She blamed me for not telling them much earlier when I went in store looking for a wedding bouquet. Also, she blamed me using the words such as I wasted her service time. Disappointed Ordered an arrangement through Telaflora for Mother's Day on a Sunday to be the delivered on Monday. Website says same day delivery if order is made before 3pm. Got an email on Wednesday that the arrangement was never delivered and that they needed to reschedule. All this time I thought that my mom received her arrangement. It turns out, they didn't have the right vase to complete the arrangement. If they would have contacted me sooner, I could have ordered from another florist or picked a different arrangement.... read more
Baptism Basket I needed a basket to carry favors for a baptism and received the most wonderful service! The staff person was a delightful woman who approached me with a nice authentic smile and happy attitude. She found just the right size basket for me; mind you, they're not there to sell baskets, They have baskets for the arrangements they make, however, she was ready to help me out. Wonderful local florist I don't visit this florist often but when I do the service I recieve is beyond good service. The place is beautifully decorated with flowers and specialty items which makes it more pleasing to my eyes. The staff do a wonderful job in preparing flowers for you also. The presentaion of it is simply amazing from my experience.
Beautiful Flowers This florist is located in the heart of old town Pinole. It is in the old bank building. They have an attractive sign outside with some beautiful array of flowers displayed outside. The inside is also attractively decorated and smell luxuriously from all the varieties of flowers. The florist is wonderful at her work and make beautiful flower arrangements. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Super flower shop The service and friendliness of this store is exceptional. I went in to The Flower Cart with no clue about flowers. When I left I had been thoroughly educated by the florist. She helped me pick out the right combinations of flowers and showed me how to mix and match flowers. The result was a bouqet that was wonderful. THe prices are very reasonable. The store itself is a nice old shop in the heart of Pinole. Next time I am in the area and I need flowers I will make sure to get them from here.
Pleasurable Florist When you want to buy the freshest and healthiest bouquet of flowers decorated in an elegant vase or even wrapped, come to the flower cart in Pinole. They are located right next to Bistros on San Pablo Ave. The staff here are very creative with the flowers they have and will make you satisfied. Trust me they'll keep you coming back for birthdays, mothers day, fathers day, and every other occassion you give flowers.
