VERY bad service!!!! For being a local shop they don't even answer their own phone during regular business hours. A third party answering service takes your order, gives you misinformation about availability, delivery, and status. It took me 3 phone calls, finally a call back more than 24 hours later and was only told "Oh I didn't know..., I might not be using that answering service any more". I should have listen to the other reviews.

We have ordered flowers from flower carousel two times now and both times we have been extremely satisfied with our purchases, in fact, they exceeded our expectations! Great place to do business. They are friendly and helpful
