Many days of no shows. Late for hours other days. Billed for 8 hours labor and still was not able to diagnose or fix problem. The owner claims I was not honest with my displeasure and offered to reduce the rate to 50%. Who is being dishonest when the rate is 150/hr for the first 3.5 hours. Then he still continued to not be able to fix the problem and i mentioned my displeasure. The next 4.5 hours were reduced for 75/hr. $825.00 plus GST.
