I had an excellent experience with this restoration company from start to finish, especially working with Jesse. He was professional, responsive, and highly knowledgeable. Jesse does incredible work. He is very professional, trustworthy, and down to earth. He is very responsive on texts and takes care to show up as needed. He took a phone call with me on a Sunday night to start the process of getting our house restored, showed up the next morning and came by two days later to check the progress - all the while keeping in contact via text/phone calls and following up even two weeks after the fact.
