I had a great experience with Jesse who came out today. I called about an issue I was having with excess humidity in my house, and he immediately made time in his schedule to come take a look. He arrived within about 30 minutes of my call, which was incredibly appreciated. He was friendly, courteous, and professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We had shower pan leak from our primary shower to downstairs room. Jesse was able to successfully help us navigate through the mitigation and renovation. He was professional and honest throughout. He made sure issues were resolved and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend.

Jesse at Flow State really came through when we had a leak in our garage that flooded into one of our bedrooms. He came out quick and got his machinery set up in no time. I can't believe how fast the room dried out. Awesome experience and service!
