Great company to work with! I called for some help with a leak and all staff and contractors I worked with were knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the process, creating a quote and getting repairs done quickly. Highly recommend.
The employees of this company do an outstanding job! They have done work for me on multiple homes and varying sizes of projects and not once did I have to worry about the quality of their work or that they weren't going to get back to me. Superb communicators and it's been a pleasure working with Nic, Cierra, Paulina, Nathan, Noe, and the rest of the PDX team that have helped me out.
Flow Roofing and Gutters has been an outstanding company to work with. I recently replaced my roof because it was time. From start to finish, communication was the number one priority. The office and everyone that I met in person has kept me updated on the progress. Any issues they ran into or any concerns were directed to me instantly. I would not ever use this company again. They failed at every single level of professionalism. The work was not quality, the communication was non existent with several times they just didn't show up. If you don't believe me, that's fine, just make sure all communication is through email so you have documentation. Buyer be very aware
