Chris came on Monday - a holiday he does not charge an emergency fee. He came assessed problem with my leak in my basement then went and got the parts. Came back and fixed it. He's a really nice guy! I was so happy with the job and more happy with the very fair charge... my son was here as he had to shut my water off for me and he was very impressed with Chris so he got his card so he now has a plumber to call if needed. I very highly recommend Flow Rite!
Called Flow Rite - Chris came first thing in the AM to clear up some clogged pipes. He did a great job explaining the problem, walking me through the root cause & gave some great tips on preventative measures for the future. Super fast & very efficient! Highly recommended!!!

These guys really saved us twice. We had pipes freeze and burst. They were here within hours to fix it. A few weeks later we had a leak under our sink that caused our floor to flood. They were here in five minutes to fix it. They don’t charge to come out and look and their prices are so reasonable compared to other plumbers. I would highly recommend them!
