The difference you get at Flow Massage is a service vs an experience. There are a lot of great massage therapist out there that can support your body, but my session with Darci was a true experience - mind, body, and soul. Incredible. The space is soothing, inviting, warm. The massage / bodywork / cupping put me into a different realm because I was able to drop in completely and become entirely present in my body. 90 minutes went by in a flash. I felt like an entirely new person leaving and in the days following. Highly recommend and will return. Thank you!

When my nervous system is fried or I can’t seem To calm it or help my body feel safe with my usual tools I call Hannah and Darci Barton for a two hour session. Sometimes it’s blocked emotions, or something I’m struggling to process and my body feels locked up…sometimes I can’t sleep bc I’m feeling tense and agitated…whatever it is I know they can help me by meeting my body where it is and being it to a gentle, soft landing back in ease. I highly recommend two hours!
